I'm not entirely sure what your question is. Stifling a sneeze requires the containment of a tremendous force and creates a lot of pressure on the glottis. It sounds like your whole larynx was twisted in spasm. You no doubt strained your voice box muscles and are lucky to have recovered without a more severe injury. You'll be OK. Next time just sneeze.
