Somewhat typical for night shift workers. Lifestyle and behavioral changes will be needed in order to keep a negative calorie balance by diet and exercise. A weight loss center will be best in this regard. If no luck, may need to consider changing to dayshift. Start with an eval with your doc to make sure there is no medical condition contributing.

Keep a diary of all that you eat and drink, every bite and sip, for two weeks. Then reduce your intake by one third to one half. Not easy but essential for weight loss. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week. Drink enough water so that your urine is mostly colorless. Wish you good health!
