How to control sinus tachycardia? my pulse rate always around 120. my age 40, weight 86. i also feel breathing problem. ecg, eco i done before but no doctor tell me i have asthma. but i have asthmatic symptom like short breathing, palpitation.

Dehydration?: First thing that catches my eye is your weight, it is quite low (86 lbs correct?). There is likely an association. Would need more details. One thing would be if you struggle at all with diet and fluid intake, dehydration alone can cause sinus tachycardia
