Today i got my hair cut and the barber used a straight razor blade which i dont think was new or disinfected. he didnt cut my skin but he did nick my ear with the electric shaver. is it possible to get hepatitis from this?

Transmission would require the customer immediately preceding you having hepatitis B or C; that customer being cut; the blade then not being cleaned; then shaving you within minutes (with blood still wet); and cutting you with the razor. Obviously the chance of all these events is vanishingly low. Even then, the chance of transmission would be low. And probably you had HBV vaccine and are immune.
