Yes, you can: Since you have clearly demonstrated your fertility, your chances of getting pregnant again are fairly good. However, If you had 3 Cesarean deliveries. it would be wise to schedule a pre-pregnancy consultation with an obstetrical team experienced in caring for women like you.
