Age: The size of the uterus changes with age and even thru the different stages of the menstrual cycle. Since you don't give your age, it is hard to say whether this is normal or not. The Depo may also have contributed to this. Most pathologic changes make the uterus larger rather than smaller. Discuss this with the person who ordered the ultrasound to know for sure whether this is a problem or not.
