Usually no: Tilted uterus in itself is not a major cause of infertility. Occasionally, women with a tilted uterus may have painful intercourse and therefore have less sex thus making conception more difficult. Tilted uterus is usually an incidental finding and does not affect your fertility greatly. It is rarely "repaired" for this reason. Most women with tilted uterus go on to conceive children.
