I was diagnosed with trichomonas, given a shot, 4 pills and have been on doxycline 2 a day for 4days. why am i still in pain?

Hard to say: The treatment you cite is not just for trich. You were given a shotgun treatment for STD's that could include gonorrhea, chlamydia & others. These could also cause pelvic inflammatory disease and need more intense treatment.You should go back in for re-evaluation if you are not improving.

Diagnoses with trichomonas. Took flagyl 2 pills a day for about a week. The symptoms returned. Then took 4 pills one day. No sex at all but not better
I was given Doxycycline 100mg and purbac for my sinus this is day 2 and i feel nausese can either of the two make me feel that way?
