I was on doxycycline 100mg x 2 a day for two days - on the second day i experienced fever, chills, and headache so i stopped. its now a day after i stopped and im still experiencing pressure headaches, i did a single dose of azythromycin 1g yesterd?

Doxycycline is not the cause of these symptoms. It sounds like you had a viral infection of some sort, and no virus is treated by any antibiotic. These treatments suggest a particular infection, for which doxycycline is the more reliable treatment. Resume treatment and finish the full 7 days; or at least follow your doctor's or the clinic's instructions. Good luck.
