Not likely: Even with deep vein involvement, I expect some skin color changes indicationg hemodynamic disturbance in the venous/ circulatory system, when an injury is signifcant enough to render the leg "barely functional" three days post injury. With or without preceeding being "kneed", suspected DVT with "ZERO discoloration" does not make sense to me, providing PMH is neg for risks of hypercoagulation.
