Diagnosis: You have given the answer: diagnose. He needs to see a neurologist. The list of symptoms is compatible with MS, but also with many other things. Whatever it is, he needs treatment. But assessment and diagnosis, first. And you list is strongly suggestive that this is an urgent matter!
