Does normal brain and cervical mri rule out ms? i have many symptoms over the year, nerve pain, paraesthesia, fatigue, dizziness, bladder pain, tight band feeling around torso. would i need to mri of whole spine? what other tests would help? thanks?

If there are no abnormal lesions in brain or neck, with or without contrast, it is highly unlikely that MS would explain your symptoms. However, would recommend thoracic and lumbosacral spine images with contrast to evaluate the "tight band feeling", which could be due to spinal cord problem, (myelopathy), and could explain symptoms in legs.
