MS is not a trivial diagnosis and you should consult a neurologist who can take a more detailed history, physical examination and examine the imaging studies. While your suspicion is plausible, it would be prudent to seek expert opinion. Wish you good health!

We could use the MRI McDonald criteria to see if this meets both dissemination in time and space, and if so, this might be clinically definite MS. But your doctor needs to exclude many other entities such as B12 deficiency, lupus, neuromyelitis optica, MOG, infections, Sjogren's, etc. to fully confirm. Perhaps we could help review here via virtual consult (www.connect@healthtap.com).
