Need more info: you have many symptoms that are not specific for one condition and could be either part of MS or part of separate entities like neuropathy, radiculopathy, BPPV etc. work-up depends on what diagnosis is suspected - ex: for neuropathy, radiculopathy- EMG/NCS, specific labs like SPEP, B12,TSH,HbA1c etc, for MS - MRI brain with Gad contrast, sometimes CSF - oligoclonal bands, IgG etc, cramps- K,Mg,Ca

Need MRI of brain: This could be MS or a brain lesion. You need an MRI of the brain and a consult with a neurologist to determine the cause of your symptoms.
