Not MS: Multiple sclerosis will announce itself as discretely localized neurological findings. What you describe can be anything from hyperventilation to a peripheral neuropathy; the latter is the hardest workup in general medicine. Your next stop may be an electromyogram and nerve conduction velocities. Best wishes.

Need MRI: You have multiple complaints which are vague and could be many diagnoses. need to have more through investigation with especially MRI and possible lumbar spinal tap. Please see a Neurologist. Family history of MS may be environmental with Vit D deficiency of Mother during pregnancy.
