You best bet is to: consult you prescribing doctor to avoid any risk, or fatal medication over does. especially when mixing prescription with over the counter.

Unisom is variable:: SleepGels: active ingredient is diphenhydramine HCl (50 mg/dose). SleepTabs: contain doxylamine succinate (25 mg/dose). SleepMinis: Diphenhydramine HCl (50 mg/dose). Unisom Liquid: diphenhydramine HCl (50 mg/dose or 30mL/dose). SleepMelts: diphenhydramine HCl (50 mg/dose) Take only as directed. Use sleep hygiene to improve sleep. Consult prescriber re prednisone dosing. Best regards.
