Is it safe to take unisom for sleep if i take 50mg vyvanse (lisdexamfetamine) in the daytime. i have never been a good "sleeper" but i'm trying to get more rest.

Unisom SleepTabs: contain doxylamine and unisom SleepGels contain diphenhydramine. They are antihistamines that can make people sleepy. They are safe to use with Vyvanse (lisdexamfetamine). It can lose its effect over time in some people if used regularly. Sleep hygiene includes an array of measures that can help with sleep and may negate the need for sleep medications.
