Yes but:: Medscape's drug interaction database says no interaction between Unisom and your meds, but it does show an interaction between Zoloft (sertraline) and Adderall. Zoloft (sertraline) can cause Adderall levels to go to high.>This could be a cause for insomnia. Speak with your physician.

Agree w Dr. Lipkin: Drugs.Com Drug interaction checker notes potential for Adderall (amphetamine / dextroamphetamine) & Zoloft (sertraline) to potentially ^ risk for serotonin syndrome.. Adderall side effects may also be ^ed. However, that does mean that there would be a problem. No interactions with plan Unisom noted.
