Insomnia: Please do not overdose on sleeping medications. Try to avoid using electronics of all kinds, meals, and exercise one hour before bedtime. Make sure your room is dark and quiet with a comfortable temperature. Try a warm bath prior to sleep. Read a book prior to bedtime. You can try melatonin or DreamWater with tryptophan, if you like, but only as directed. There is a reason you aren't sleeping.
