Drug interactions: Doxylamine is an antihistamine which may interact with Klonopin (clonazepam) to increase side effects such as dizziness, drowsiness or difficulty concentrating. Limit or avoid use of alcohol and avoid driving until you know how this combination of medications affect you. Discuss with your prescribing doctor before taking Unisom. Take care.

Yes - with low doses: Ok to take doxylamine but avoid more than 25mg. It is a sedating anti-histamine (like benadryl). Do not take if operating machinery / driving. You may be drowsy in the AM so take it early before bed. It is prudent to avoid long term use. Also, make sure your second dose of Wellbutrin (bupropion) is no later than 2pm since Wellbutrin (bupropion) itself can promote wakefulness. Avoid taking with higher doses of Klonopin.

Depends: If your physical condition is OK , there are no other meds involved and you don't have side effects especially tiredness or hangover during the day , it should not be a problem. However, you may want to look into the possibility that there are emotional or psychological reason related to your insomnia which might benefit by therapy.
