Had colonoscopy and endoscopy today after 4 years of diarrhoea {i'm 21} ibd, ibs, everything ruled out. why after 4 years does everything make me poop?

IBS most likely: Normal endoscopy and colonoscopy does not rule out food intolerance. You need stool tests and blood tests for gluten intolerance, lactose intolerance, stool fat 48-72 h collection for pancreatic insufficiency. Final colon mucosal biopsy to rule out microscopic colitis. All of above are not that common at your age, but need to be rule out before diagnosing IBS, which is most likely.
