Just a thought: but "thinking outside the box" this LLQ pan could be referred pain from pressure on the nerve(s) exiting the SPINE (at the L4-L5 level) Your comment re: "hard to get up" may be due to this "RADICULAR" pain...Just a thought! Hope it's helpful! Dr Z
