Your BMI is 29.3: which is considered "overweight." However, you can't SAFELY lose 2 kg a week. If you succeed in losing that much weight, much of that weight will be water and much of the rest will be muscle. That doesn't get you closer to being at a healthy weight. Be skeptical about any diet plan that claims otherwise. Dr. Anne
