1-2 pounds a week: try to average a loss of 1-2 lbs a week. That is healthy weight loss, Eat half your plate as vegetables. Cut back on fried food and unhealthy oils added to food. Limit your intake of sugar and processed carbohydrates. Drink water instead of caloric drinks. Join a support group. Keep up the good work. Try to eat most your meals at home- you have more control. Plan your meals too.
