See a doctor now.: If she has a fever and is hallucinating she needs to see a doctor right now. Give her some acetaminophen/paracetamol on your way out the door.

Not too unusual: It is not unusual to have some hallucinations during a fever so I would not be too worried. Fever is how our bodies fight infection so I don't recommend lowering unless she seems in distress, in which case you can give Tylenol. But a fever with sore throat may be caused by strep throat, which responds well to antibiotics, so I advise you take her to your regular Dr. or urgent care tomorrow.

Needs 2 c a doctor: asap, or go to ER she needs to be evaluated, ? strep throat or some other problem, hopefully not encephalitis, hallucinations with fever / strep throat are not uncommon, best wishes
