My 12 year old daughter is been having a hoarse voice for 2 days but only at the end of the day. in the morning her voice is normal. no sore throat, no pain, no fever , no nothing , only the hoarseness at the end of the day. what can it be?

She probably has a viral infection which affects the larynx and causes laryngitis. The voice becomes hoarse at the end of the day when the vocal cords are active and more inflamed as day goes by. She should get better in 2-3 more days. If the air is dry, use a humidifier in her room. If the hoarseness does not improve by day 7, she should be seen by her doc.
