My 5 year old daughter has a high fever, no appetite, vomiting, and sore throat. i gave her panado syrup to reduce the fever but it comes back. what is the problem?

Fever means germs: Fever is bodies natural response to some germ, viral or bacterial, that has invaded the system.Fever increases metabolism for the body to make germ fighters, raised heart rate to push the blood around & bring germ fighters to the battle. It could be as simple as a flu or more complex like a kidney infection. Panado would be expected to influence the process for 4 hrs. Get evaluated if it persists.
