Belly fat: It is difficult to spot reduce. We loose weight all over when when loose weight. Consider a few sessions w/a personal trainer to learn some exercises that would be appropriate w/your physical challenges. Someone at a local cardiac rehab may have referrals. Peace and good health. Water therapy may work well if you can manage it.

Exercise: Don't put too much pressure on yourself to be perfect. If you are able to do some forms of exercise keep consistent and change your diet consider gluten free and vegan diets and keep exercising. Medications and conditions can also contribute. Stay calm and keep motivated. Good luck to you.
