Need more info: Otherwise you need to burn off 3500 calories that you don't take in to lose one pound, and you can't direct where it going to be lost. I don't know what you weigh, your height, activity level, etc. Plus i don't know how many pounds of belly fat you have to lose. Don't get your medical information from friends, tv or the internet.

No exact number: Unfortunately it is not possible to create regional fat loss by exercise or special diet. Best bet is nutritional weight loss diet with aerobic exercise 30-60 min 3-5 times/week.
