Eat and move: By just making good healthy dietary decisions, cutting out excess sugars for example, and getting your body moving you will firm up and feel good. Breast feeding also burns calories and can help with the belly burn. Starting an appropriate abdominal exercise regimen may also provide benefit.

Losing bellyfat: If you are nursing you will lose fat any way, but you should do ab toning exercises. Watch what you eat. You do nto want to diet except for cutting back on unhealthy foods and avoid fatty meals, escpecially the dinner should be light, but nutritious. Take in plenty of dairy and high protein diet, be sure to include lot of vegetables in your diet.

Take your time.: Spot fat loss does not occur naturally. By losing weight in general some will probably be abdominal fat. But, we don't get to choose what area of body fat is lost from. Eat healthy ; be physically active. Calories burned must > those consumed. Tighten ab's: crunches, reverse crunches, exercise ball crunches, pelvic thrusts, lying leg raises, side bridge ; “bicycling” exercise on back. Do >.
