Wow!!: 39 kg/86 pounds is really thin, even if you are really short!! Being a vegetarian poses some challenges but it can be done. Include dairy products: yogurt, butter, cheese, eggs. Start with calculating a needed calorie intake/day; add 500 cal/day to gain a pound a week. Drink calories: smoothies, protein drinks. Add nuts/seeds to salads. Beans/eggs/nuts/soy for protein. Whole grain carbs. SNACK!
