What to do if i am a 16 year old girl. i a 4'11 and weigh 182 pounds. i also turned vegetarian late january.?

Diet and exercise: Besides just becoming a vegetarian, you need to know what that means for your health. You need to find alternative sources of protein and iron in your diet. You are also considerably overweight, so you need to be limiting your sugars and carbohydrates. It's one thing to say you're going to be a vegetarian, it's another to live it and stay healthy. Perhaps a visit to a dietician is in order.
