Speak to your doctor: Have you been diagnosed with an "overactive" thyroid? Are you on medication? If not, then you should be seen by your doctor to see if that is actually the problem. If you have been diagnosed and are on the proper medication, you should increase your caloric intake by eating enough protein, fats and carbohydrates for a well-balanced diet. You could see a nutritionist to help you with this.
