Remove the TV: The presence of TV's, computers and other electronic devices in a sleeping area has been shown to interfere with sleep.Removing TV's and stopping device use an hour before bedtime allows the brain to "power down" in preparation for sleep. ,

How old: is your daughter? Has she drank any caffeinated beverages? Did she sleep during the day? At any rate, you can try a warm bath and a snack, good luck
