Change diet: I have found that most who are diagnosed as bipolar actually have low blood sugar. This problem can cause sleep problems too. I recommend my patients cut out all sugar and artificial sweeteners & eat protein only for breakfast along with a small protein snack mid morning & mid afternoon as well as protein with lunch & dinner. I have cleared many bipolar patients with this diet & helped their sleep.

Not Low Blood Suger: There is no eveidence anywhere, any time, that bipolar patients have low blood suger. Do not be misled by pseudoscience theories that offer easy answers with no proof for very complex problems.
