Get it fixed ASAP: If bracket disconnected it means teeth are not moving properly, and you are therefore throwing away your Orthodontic fee. Get it fixed ASAP. Then ask your treating Dentist or (hopefully) Orthodontic Specialist for a list of foods that can damage braces.
