A member asked:

I got my bottom brace put on yesterday, and one of the brackets has come loose on one of my front 4 teeth, it doesn't move along the wire but it flips?

Back to the doctor: Popping off brackets is perfectly normal. It doesn't happen often but it can and you also need to get used to eating with them. Just go back to the doctor who put them on. You won't get yelled at. Remember...it could happen again. Enjoy your braces. I got mine when I was 50 years old.

See Orthodontist : (S)he will fix it. Try to be careful not to bite pieces of food with your front teeth. Cut or tear up the food and chew small pieces on your back teeth.
