Two issues here: At 18 years of age, it's unlikely you will lose your front tooth, but is it possible? Yes. How loose an from what is important to determine and that can only be done by seeing a dentist. For the future, do not wait when anything is unusual regarding any dental or medical problems. Things only get worse over time. Braces can straighten teeth but not correct other dental problems.
