Difficult to say: The right sided pain could have many causes. The length of time suggests this is not a life-threatening problem. Without review of previous studies, it is difficult to offer specific advice. Questions include, could this be recurring kidney stones, chronic intra abdominal abscess or spiegeleisen hernia?
