I have ache in low right abdomen and stool is yellow. it can be a little softer or harder than usual but l go regularly daily up to 3x. a ct with contrast of abdomen and pelvis was clear what else could this be, thanx?

Possibilities are regional ileitis or Crohn's disease, but yellow stool can be due to celiac disease or sprue,gall bladder,liver and pancreatic pathology. Has a fecal calprotectin test been done? If you haven't consulted a gastroenterologist as yet, I recommend you do so. Appropriate testing will be done.
