Possibilities are regional ileitis or Crohn's disease, but yellow stool can be due to celiac disease or sprue,gall bladder,liver and pancreatic pathology. Has a fecal calprotectin test been done? If you haven't consulted a gastroenterologist as yet, I recommend you do so. Appropriate testing will be done.
