I have had pain inside my left rib cage now for a year. i've had a colonoscopy , ct scan, ultrasound with nothing abnormal. could it be my spleen?

Doubtful: Abnormality of spleen (anatomically) would show on sono, and/or ct. Functional abnormality of spleen would show on blood count. Can't tell here what it is, possibly lung, pleua, diaphragm, or musculoskeletal. Follow up with md.
