Right ab pain extends 2 back & ribs at times. intermittent but daily for weeks. clear ct scan & colonoscopy. slightly elevated liver enzymes. ?

Ultrasound: If you are having pain in the right upper abdomen that goes to the back and elevated liver enzymes, the best test to have is an ultrasound to evaluate for gallbladder disease. Colonoscopy will not see it and ct will miss many. Good luck.

Hi I went to the ER with chest pains. I have high anxiety. They did a d dimer test. It was 2.41. They ordered a CT with contrast .. No clots found. All other levels were normal and I was discharged. I do have elevated liver enzymes if that matters?
