No, learn self-help: Panic attacks are not dangerous, unless your behavior during attack puts you at risk (driving off road, jumping into traffic, falling down, etc). You can control panic attacks with slow, deliberate breathing. If you are hyperventilating during panic, hold a brown paper lunch sack over your mouth and breathe into it. It will stop the panic attack in a minute or two. Please see CBT psychologist
