No: Panic attacks don't necessarily harm the baby. Discuss with your OB doing fetal kick counts at the same time every day after having something sweet to drink. Choose a time when the baby is usually active. Babies sleep too. May be knowing that these are normal will help with your anxiety and continue working with the therapist. You are going to be a terrific mom if you care so much. Best wishes

Talk to your: therapist about your concerns. If U feel therapy is not helping, tell them. This is the best way 2 figure out why therapy is not progressing and get back on track or consider a referral 2 a different therapist w' a different orientation or therapeutic approach. 4 panic attacks U may want 2 try cognitive behavioral desensitization techniques since medication may not B an option while pregnant
