No problems: GB is a pretty benign food supplement used by many patients. It has no clear pharmacologiic effects that can be demonstrated in its clinical use. I doubt that it has any effect on BP. Its value as a health supplement is highly questionable.

May lower BP: Not sure what you mean by "negatively affect BP." Gingko has been used medicinally for thousands of years. Research shows it may help treat Dementia, Intermittent Claudication, PMS, Anxiety, Raynaud's, Macular Degeneration etc. It may lower blood pressure in some so if taking with BP meds may cause BP to drop too low, though unlikely.
