i have platlet count of 419, do just say she will f/u in 2 months. now im worried. all other counts normal. should i see a hematologist?

Too soon to worry: A platelet count of 419, while high is not a reason to worry. It would help to know rest of your lab findings. Iron deficiency can cause high platelet counts. Follow your doctor's advice.

Recheck: Normal platelet count is 400, 000 to 1, 000, 000. You are low normal. Wait for the recheck. If everything ok then wait for hematologist. Hope this helps.
