Suggests myeloma: An increased number of plasma cells in the bone marrow is most worrisome for multiple (plasma cell) myeloma. With 15% plasma cells, correlation with clinical findings and imaging would be necessary to diagnose as this disease tends to present on a spectrum and clinical findings are important. Please consult with your hematolgist/oncologist for better understanding and how to proceed.
