Requires effort: Definition, ie washboard abs, will take effort. You need to drop your body fat content down to 5-8% which requires more work at the dinner table than in the gym. Most teens have 15-20% body fat. Working out can add lean muscle at about 5 lb per year which can help, but are you ready to drop 10 lb by changing your eating habits?

Weight train. : Definition requires both cardio, which you're doing, and whole-body weight training, which you're not. As well, you do need a healthy diet of lean proteins and complex carbohydrates.
