Stress: You are putting your body in stress mode. You need at the least 2500-3000 cal given above. Eat 5 small meals/day @ about 500 cal each with the protien at no more than 4 oz/meal, veg/salad and a carb. May take 3-4 wks before you see results however it works. If not then see your md for a work up.
