Wt loss: Good for you! You need to raise your basal metabolic rate. Add some gentle core wt lifting exercise and actually try to add 5 pounds of muscle. In your walking, try alternating very brisk walking (race walking) for 5 minutes then normal then brisk. Raise your heart rate to about 100/minute. Lastly, avoid all white breads, potatoes, rice, soft drinks and anything with high fructose in it.

Need more informatio: If you can continue exercise, maybe more, and remain on a low-calorie diet, you are likely to get slimmer. The only diet worth doing is one you do for your entire life. Select foods you can enjoy forever. Even if you loose no weight you will benefit. If you loose 1 pound a month you will be fine. Rapid slimming followed by binge eating is frustrating.
